About Maryam
People deserve food that tastes good
Not a commercial kitchen and not a production line. One chef in Riyadh, cooking on Saturday mornings for a limited number of subscribers.
Maryam believes people deserve food that tastes good, without the illness and the excess that steal the pleasure of eating. That idea alone is where MIRA started.
She is preparing to study clinical nutrition, the one field that holds both things she cares about at once: food, and health. MIRA is not a side project. It is the first step on that road.
She cooks by hand, in one kitchen, for a limited number of subscribers, every Saturday morning.
“People deserve food that tastes good, without paying for it with their health.”
— Maryam

The difference price cannot copy
Commercial kitchens cook by volume and price the meal by its cost. Maryam cooks for a limited number, on Saturday morning, by hand, and because she intends to become a dietitian she reads your numbers before she cooks for you. That is not a marketing angle. It is why the business exists.
That is why the seats are limited, why the menu reaches you before anything is cooked, and why you have her WhatsApp rather than a support line. The person who cooked for you is the person who answers you.
What that means for you
One kitchen
No production line, and no different chef each week. The same hand, the same taste, every Saturday.
Limited seats
Seats close when they fill. Quality does not stretch across an unlimited number.
You know who cooks
No call centre. You write to Maryam, and Maryam writes back.
Talk to Maryam directly
No call centre and no auto-reply. The number is hers.
